This fundraising event is proudly organised by the parents and volunteers of Yarragon Primary School & Early Learning Centre.

Registration fees, gold coin map donations, raffle tickets, plant sales and other generous donations all contribute to this important fundraiser, supporting Yarragon Primary School and our Early Learning Centre.

Plant Sale 

A plant sale will be held on the day at Yarragon Primary School with a variety of seedlings, mature plants, vegies and more.

All plants are kindly donated by locals in our community and local businesses.  ​

 Donations: If you have plants that you would like to donate, please contact Parent Club directly: yarragonpc@gmail.com

Plants can be dropped off on the morning of from 6.30am or the week leading up to the event during school hours.

Garage Sales

Host your garage sale at your home, from your garage, carport, driveway or front lawn... the choice is yours!

Don’t have enough treasures for a garage sale on your own? Team up with your neighbours, friends or family and make it a joint sale!

Car Boot Stalls

Pack up your car, ute, trailer, tarp or gazebo and head to Dowton Park (Market Street) for a car boot stall. There will be plenty of space to set up, spread out and showcase your preloved treasures, bargains and goodies.

BYO Table – Yarragon Primary School

Prefer to set up at the school? Bring your own trestle table/chair and display your items at Yarragon Primary School.

Undercover spaces will be very limited, so please plan accordingly.

Please note: Cars cannot come onsite to unload.

All items must be carried from the designated parking area (Staff Car Park)

NO commercial businesses.

Local Businesses

Local businesses are invited to get involved by offering a special promotion, discount or offer to garage sale visitors on the day or in the lead-up to the event.

It’s a great way to promote your business, attract new customers and support Yarragon Primary School and our Early Learning Centre.

Examples could include:

• 10% off purchases on the day

• A free item with purchase

• A special event-only deal

• A buy one, get one free offer

• A discount voucher for future purchases

Businesses can choose an offer that works for them — your business, your promotion!

The school accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury that may occur during the event. All participants attend and participate at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their stall or space is safe, secure and free from hazards, including trip hazards. You may wish to look into Public & Product Liability Insurance for Individual Stall Holders.

In Victoria, selling food from home requires registration as a food business, even if operating from a domestic kitchen. You'll need to register with your local council and meet the requirements of the Food Act 1984 and the Food Standards Code.

Registration Fee: $20.00

Registration is $20.00. If you're in the position to contribute more, your extra support would be

warmly welcome and will go directly toward making this event a bigger success for our School & Early Learning Centre.

Register online or complete a registration form and return it to the

Yarragon Primary School Office by 3.30pm Monday 12th October.   

Payment MUST be made by Monday 12th October to secure your spot on the advertised list / map.
